Eligibility Requirements
- Academic qualifications for the degree you are applying for, including English proficiency.
- African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 33 on or before the application deadline.
- Demonstrated leadership and service in your community.
- Proven academic achievement and aspirations that extend beyond available financial means.
- Have gotten a Bachelor’s degree conferred by July 2026.
- Have not started or finished another masters degrees before July 2026.
- Be able to live in Kigali, Rwanda during the program
