About the Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements

• Be enrolled full‑time at a TMCF‑affiliated HBCC during the 2026–2027 academic year
• Be pursuing any major
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
• Have the 2026–2027 FAFSA on file at their institution by the time of selection
• Demonstrate financial need
• Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident

How to Apply

All applicants must submit a two‑minute video responding to the following prompt:

What core principles or values do you believe are essential for creating positive change in your community and future career field? How do you plan to embody these values in your education and interactions with others?

This video allows students to showcase their character, leadership potential, and personal vision for impact.
